As an integrative counsellor, I understand how difficult it can be to make that first move, reach out, and begin to take those steps towards healing.  We humans are complex, and we are wonderful. Sometimes life gives us that one challenge too many and we need to seek support to find our way through.

As a counsellor I have a breadth of experience  including - but not limited to - anxiety, depression, relationship issues,  trauma, pregnancy loss, compassionate induction, fertility issues, birth trauma, pregnancy after loss,  low self esteem and complex grief.

 I volunteered for two years with a specialist pregnancy loss charity, and I continue to provide counselling support with a Norwich based low cost counselling service.

 I offer a warm, compassionate and supportive environment in which to explore the issues that bring you to counselling, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

My private practice is 'out of town' in Blofield, Norfolk. Easy access from A47, there is a ground floor room and ample free parking directly outside.
